In accordance with the JAAF and Race rules and regulations |

| 10 Time Limit |
Marathon : 7 hrs
10km Race : 1hr 40mins
| (i) |
The time limit will be set up according to the signal gun. |
| (ii) |
The close-gate time will be set up at each checkpoint due to traffic regulations and secure operation of the competition. Those runners, who fail to pass through the checkpoint within the given time, will be disqualified from the race. |

Over 18 years old as of the day of the Race (except high school
students)

| 1-1) Mass Race |
Male and female athletes capable of finishing the race within 6hrs 40mins. |
| 1-2) Wheelchair Division |
About 25 male and female athletes capable of finishing the race within 2hrs using wheelchairs designed for racing. |
| 1-3) Invited Athletes |
(i) Non-Japanese male athletes recommended by JAAF.
(ii) Japanese male athletes recommended by JAAF.

| ii) 50 pairs of male and female visually impaired athletes with companions. |

In case of the number of applicants exceeds the prescribed number, entrants will be decided by lottery. Notification will be sent by early October. |

Selected applicants should pay the application fee by the end of October. |
